We are currently seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our growing Human Resources team. In this role, you will interact with employees regarding our benefits offerings: health and dental insurance, life insurance, and retirement funds. In addition, you will also provide support to the Benefits Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits by determining eligibility, assisting with enrollment, and educating employees on available plans.
- Assist with daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality.
- Address benefit-related inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with payroll to process contributions and deductions accurately.
- Assist Benefits Manager in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and provider regulations through proper documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role, preferably in Benefits or Insurance
- Stellar written and verbal communication, client-centric interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail
- Must be proficient with MS Office, with daily use of MS Word and Excel
- Familiarity with HIPAA, FMLA, Medicare, and other state and federal regulations preferred
