Job Summary:
The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading and executing marketing strategy for our Mexican concept restaurant brand(s), driving brand awareness, guest traffic, and revenue growth. This role will oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, brand positioning, digital strategy, community engagement, and local store marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the food & beverage industry, especially within culturally rich and experiential dining brands, and brings a strong background in strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven marketing.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead brand marketing strategy for the Mexican restaurant concept across all channels
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, and loyalty
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO/SEM, email, and web presence
• Oversee the creative development and brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with operations, culinary, HR, and finance teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Lead community engagement and local store marketing to foster brand love and regional relevance
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to guide strategic decisions
• Manage agency/vendor relationships and marketing budget with focus on ROI and performance metrics
• Lead, coach, and develop a small marketing team with strong focus on innovation and accountability
Requirements:
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in the restaurant industry
• 2+ years in a marketing leadership role, preferably with a focus on brand development and field execution
• Strong understanding of multicultural marketing, especially within the Hispanic and Latin American communities
• Proven success in building integrated marketing campaigns and managing multi-channel strategy
• Experience with brand storytelling, digital marketing platforms, and local marketing activation
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across departments and with external partners
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
