Job Summary:

We’re seeking a Corporate Financial Controller to oversee the financial and operational performance of our growing, multi-unit organization. In this role, you’ll ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, implement effective internal controls, and lead budgeting and analysis efforts that support informed decision-making. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
As our Corporate Financial Controller, you will lead the accounting function for a large-scale, multi-unit restaurant organization. You’ll oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies, while driving improvements in processes and controls. You’ll guide the company through budgeting and forecasting cycles, provide in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, and manage key areas including fixed assets, sales tax filings, and regulatory compliance. Your work will also include coordinating audits, maintaining precise financial records, and recommending strategies for cost optimization and operational efficiency. As a leader, you’ll foster a high-performing, collaborative accounting team that supports the company’s growth and long-term success.
What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred
- Proven success as a Controller or similar role in a multi-unit restaurant, franchise, or hospitality organization
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, full-cycle close, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in general ledger management and AP/AR processes with exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage complex financial functions independently and deliver actionable insights
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
